Your tasks

  • Timely payroll accounting (LOGA) of wages and salaries including time management for around 400 employees
  • All upstream and downstream activities in this context, including communication with employees
  • Personnel administration including drawing up contracts and certificates
  • Supervision of our trainees
  • Advising our managers on social security, tax, labour and contract law in collaboration with HR management
  • Participation in the conception and implementation of HR projects
  • Gradually taking on additional tasks and areas of responsibility, e.g. BGM and personnel development

Your qualifications

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the support of our products from the initial idea to the market launch and beyond their complete product life cycle
  • You proactively provide our procurement team with all the necessary information and requirements for the required components when searching for suitable suppliers
  • You monitor and control the progress of the respective projects and products
  • You review the performance and success of products launched on the market, regularly assess manufacturing costs and identify optimisation opportunities throughout the entire product life cycle
  • You work hand in hand with the design, production, quality assurance, purchasing, marketing and sales teams

Your qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial / technical apprenticeship or a technical / business degree or a comparable qualification

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the support of existing customers in the sales area with the aim of continuously expanding the customer structure and maximising turnover

  • You will coordinate offers, price and framework agreements
  • Participation in trade fairs, events, customer events and workshops is mandatory for you
